It has been a long time since I posted, have been working in Bangladesh on a DiFED project. but that has not stopped things happening. the greenhouses have been used to grow salad items and we have just had a lovely salad watching the sun go down, washed down with a bottle of Cava - a magical moment making it all worth while. more clearing has been done down by the stream and in the Garden - this is so overgrown with ivy we spent three hours today clearing the roses the bushes and the flowers from heir choking evasion. however have to be careful as ivy has its good point such as habitat and wonderful flowers for bees - which we hope to keep later on this year or next.
Now we have finally got the geothermal pipes laid and the trenches are now filled in or back filled to give it the technical term. we hoped to have it all comissioned this coming monday but we were let down by our builder so have to wait for a while till we get back form holiday
Lots of cutting down over thw last two days leylandii have been taken out and more branmble and trimed harthorn tress don by the stream so bonfires aglow as this was cut good wood saved and the rest sent to ashes to be late distrubted on the land as feed.
still working hard - tired but happy and now go a website to develop more to follow
